A savoury and flavourful taco recipe made with guacamole, smokey king prawns and a mango salsa. Perfect for your next dinner party, that is, if you want to impress your guests!

Ingredients
1 pack of raw king prawns
3tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1 mango diced
1 pack of tortillas ( corn, flour or gluten free)
Guacamole
1 avocado
5-7 vine tomatoes diced
1/4 white onion diced
1/4 red onion diced
1/2 lime
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1/2 tsp garlic powder
handful of coriander chopped
1 tsp olive oil
Method
In a bowl add avocado, tomatoes, onions, lime juice, salt, pepper, garlic powder, coriander, olive oil and blend until creamy. Set in fridge.
In a separate bowl combine all spices, olive oil, prawns and mix till prawns are completely coated and marinate for 5-10 minutes. Add olive oil to a pan and set on medium heat. Once hot, add prawns and cook for 3-4 minutes making sure to flip throughout until firm.
Warm tortillas in the oven at a low heat while cooking prawns.
Add chopped mango, lime juice, salt and pepper onto a small plate.
Spread guacamole over your tortilla. Add prawns and garnish with mango. Add coriander and lime as needed.
